So 30 Days doing ‘Insanity: The Asylum’ is already over. It doesn’t feel like 30 Days yet. I was excited to see my before and after pics because it’s really hard to notice the difference as you change gradually day to day. I have to say, Asylum went beyond my expectations of what I thought it could do for my body. It’s got me in the best shape I have ever been in! I feel great. So this is the result of 30 days with @shauntfitness in The Asylum. No fancy lighting or editing, no filters or flattering camera angles.  I have eaten extremely clean and had a none dairy diet for the last 30 Days too. I also haven’t had any supplements at all except a multivitamin tablet every day. No shakes or protein bars, just natural food. It has done me a world of good and I would recommend anyone who wants to go that extra mile to give it a try! Okay here’s the Stats:

Weight: 165lbs down to 160lbs
Body Fat %: 13.5% down to 10.2%
Chest: 38” up to 40”
Waist: 33” down to 32”
Thigh: 21” up to 22.5”
Bicep: 12” up to 13.5”

So make today the day you transform your life and do that workout you’ve been meaning to do “tomorrow” today. It’s easy to put it off. If you last 10 minutes… So what!?
